Philosopher’s Fire

The Philosopher’s Fire is our free monthly meetup from 7 pm to 9 pm. These are not classes or lectures but community conversations: at each meetup we discuss a particular theme, collectively taking that theme in whatever direction attendees take it. More than anything, Philosopher’s Fires are an excuse to hang out and get to know each other—to socialize, brainstorm, and discuss rewilding-related projects, thoughts, and issues with likeminded folks. If this sounds fun, please join us! This free community event is open to all; preregistration, however, is required.

This series, like many Rewild Portland programs, is made possible through sustaining monthly donations from dedicated supporters of our mission. To become a monthly supporter or to make a one-time donation, check out our donation page. To get involved with volunteering, please see our volunteer opportunities page.
